Our Culture

Three values. One standard.

Move Fast

First insight in 48 hours isn't a marketing promise; it's how we operate. We ship outcomes, not slide decks. Speed is a muscle we train every day.

Trust Data

Every decision is backed by evidence. Every dashboard is auditable. We don't guess; we measure, validate, and defend our conclusions with rigor.

Ship Outcomes

We don't sell hours or deliverables. We sell measurable business impact. If a client's revenue doesn't grow, we haven't done our job.

Brand & Web Designer

Marketing

Express Analytics is a global decision intelligence partner and AI technology company. We build AI, analytics, and B2B SaaS products that solve genuinely complicated problems. You will shape how the market experiences Express Analytics and its products through design — from the first LinkedIn impression to the website experience that converts visitors into pipeline. You will be responsible for creating a modern, credible, and high-performing visual brand that reflects our expertise in AI, data, and analytics. This is a craft-first design seat: your job is to make Express Analytics and its products look sharp, cohesive, and credible everywhere, and to design web experiences that are as persuasive as they are polished. It's a hands-on, high-autonomy role. You'll move fast, ship often, and switch contexts across a social carousel, a homepage hero, an email design, and a landing page in the same week. You'll partner closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams. This individual contributor position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The role is expected to adhere to the marketing team's established project management, approval workflows, and cross-channel coordination processes, working closely with the Director of Website Strategy to ensure alignment across initiatives. You'll thrive here if you have a bias for action and like shipping; feedback energizes you and you iterate quickly without getting precious; you balance speed, craft, and business impact and know when each one wins; and you take ownership and push work forward without waiting to be asked. You'll probably dislike this job if you want to go deep on one polished surface — this role is broad and fast across web, brand, sales, and social, not deep on a single product experience. Or if rapid context-switching drains you: some weeks you'll touch a social post, a hero section, and a landing page in a single day. Or if you want to own a large-scale product design system or lead formal user research — that's not this seat. Or if you prefer detailed direction over autonomy: you'll set your own bar and defend your choices.

Product Marketing Analyst (B2B SaaS & AI)

Marketing

Express Analytics is a global decision intelligence partner and AI technology company. We build AI, analytics, and B2B SaaS products that solve genuinely complicated problems. The catch: "genuinely complicated" is a hard thing to sell. That's the job. You will drive how our products are understood in the market. You'll take dense technical capability and turn it into something a busy buyer actually grasps in one read — for the website, the sales deck, the launch, the campaign, and the customer story. You'll sit between Product, Sales, Website, and Marketing, and you'll be the person who makes sure we're all telling the same clear story instead of five different fuzzy ones. If you like turning "it uses a proprietary multi-model pipeline" into a sentence a CFO nods at, keep reading. This individual contributor position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The role is expected to adhere to the marketing team's established project management, approval workflows, and cross-channel coordination processes, working closely with the Director of Website Strategy to ensure alignment across initiatives. This job is not a fit for those who want a single tidy lane and clear handoffs — this role touches four teams and a lot of ambiguity, and some weeks you're defining the process as you go. Nor for those who prefer being handed a brief: here you'll often decide what the brief should be.

Content Marketing Copywriter (B2B SaaS & AI)

Marketing

Express Analytics is a global decision intelligence partner and AI technology company. We build AI, analytics, and B2B SaaS products that solve genuinely complicated problems. As our Content Marketing Copywriter (B2B SaaS & AI), your mission is simple: develop clear, credible content that educates buyers, builds trust, and drives pipeline. You will be the editorial voice of Express Analytics and its products. You won't be writing fluff or generic SEO filler. You will take the strategic go-to-market frameworks and messaging blueprints created by Product Marketing and Website teams and turn them into high-converting website copy, insightful blog posts, engaging emails, and authoritative whitepapers. This is a hands-on role for a writer who enjoys mastering complex technical subjects and turning them into content our buyers genuinely want to read. This individual contributor position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The role is expected to adhere to the marketing team's established project management, approval workflows, and cross-channel coordination processes, working closely with the Director of Website Strategy to ensure alignment across initiatives. You'll thrive here if you are genuinely fascinated by artificial intelligence, data analytics, and the future of enterprise software; you have an intense bias for action and take pride in publishing polished, high-impact copy; feedback makes you sharper and you can iterate on drafts quickly without taking edits personally; and you are a proactive problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to write next. You'll probably dislike this job if you are a "fluff" writer who relies on buzzwords — enterprise buyers see right through generic marketing speak, and our copy needs to be deeply credible. Or if you expect a highly detailed brief every time: on this lean team you will often interview an expert and construct the brief yourself. Or if you struggle with fast context-switching — you might write a technical whitepaper in the morning and a snappy product announcement email in the afternoon.

Social Media Strategist

Marketing

Express Analytics is a global decision intelligence partner and AI technology company. We build AI, analytics, and B2B SaaS products that solve genuinely complicated problems. As our Social Media & Brand Strategist, your mission is to make Express Analytics and its products impossible to ignore across the channels where enterprise buyers spend time. You'll transform our editorial content and technical expertise into social experiences that grow awareness, engagement, and trust. You will collaborate with Website, Content Marketing, SEO, Sales and Product teams so social pulls in the same direction as the rest of the brand, not off on its own. This role owns social strategy, publishing, and distribution. It adapts editorial content into platform-native experiences but does not own product positioning or long-form site content. This is a hands-on, build-it seat. You'll run the day-to-day social program and proactively look for ways to improve our visibility and engagement. This individual contributor position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). The role is expected to adhere to the marketing team's established project management, approval workflows, and cross-channel coordination processes, working closely with the Director of Website Strategy to ensure alignment across initiatives.
